Frequently Asked Questions for AJW - PL2 - 5'7" 7mm The ‘45’ in the name Designed and tested in
How can I check whether a purchase involves ongoing commitments?
Ask for clarification of deadlines that affect a disclosed commitment. A product may have no ongoing commitment, but that should be determined from its actual terms.
What should I do if I may have placed the same order twice?
Compare the product options and quantities shown in each record. Follow confirmed instructions rather than assuming the same remedy applies at every stage.
How can I find out whether a special request can be accommodated?
A comment field does not by itself confirm that a request will be accepted. Keep unconfirmed wishes separate from details the seller has actually agreed to provide.
