Frequently Asked Questions for TIME Xpro/Xpresso Free Cleats 5° Float 16° Release Angle model-gt-1custom Designed specifically for everyday performance
What should I do if checkout changes my selected option unexpectedly?
Check whether another field change triggered a new default selection. Wait for clarification when the current order outcome is uncertain.
What should I check before using a discount or promotional offer?
Review exclusions rather than relying only on the headline discount. Use the promotion only after confirming its scope, requirements, and actual effect on your purchase.
What should I confirm before asking a seller to hold an order?
Check whether a payment-related step continues during the hold if relevant. Ask for confirmation when the pause has actually ended.
